From 2007 to 2011, Wellness Meets Luxury collaborated with a major Bangkok-based spa and wellness complex, along with Thai Airways (TG) committee, to develop and implement this unique project.
The spa, located in Concourse D, offers a tranquil retreat for first and business class passengers, providing a range of rejuvenating services in a serene environment.
The project involved overcoming numerous challenges, including stringent airport security protocols and the development of high-level standards and SOPs to meet the expectations of first-class guests.
