Lucia began her career as a trained Beauty Therapist and worked with Steiner and five-star resorts around the world.
Her appetite for learning more about the industry grew when she began her holistic and Ayurvedic studies and eventually travelled to Thailand to learn various Eastern modalities.
Progressing into training and management roles, Lucia has been working as a Spa Consultant for the past four years, and was sought out for luxury resort projects in Maldives, Middle East, Southeast Asia and Europe. Her passion firmly lies with education, the guest experience and developing authentic wellness experiences.

With nearly two decades in the wellness industry, Sabina's career trajectory has taken her from spa therapist to company trainer overseeing SOPs and sales training across four spa outlets.
Since 2010, Sabina's focus has shifted entirely to spa management, where she has spearheaded training initiatives and designed marketing campaigns to attract a new clientele. She's had the privilege of collaborating with prestigious properties including Badrutt’s Palace in St. Moritz, Cheval Blanc Randheli in the Maldives, Marriott Malta, and Sheraton in Bulgaria.
